Four Course Menu


Roasted pilgrim clams on fresh aspargus and bacon with an avocado dip. Served with Pinot Gris Réserve 2009, France.


Filet de boef with in butter roasted potatoe cake and a homemade béarnaise sauce. Served with Mediterra 2008, Italy.


Plate with four different cheeses, fig marmalade, in honey roasted walnuts and some pear slices. (It was so good that I forgot to take a picture until it almost was too late)


Black Forest cake with berries from my garden.
